A physician executive with a background in process improvement, he is passionate about patient safety, quality care, and the patient experience.
Heather Licciardi
Director of People, Brand & Culture
After 20 years as an intensive care unit coordinator, Heather moved into private practice leadership, where she leads recruitment, onboarding, professional development, performance management, and employee engagement. She holds a business administration degree and an HR management certificate.
Grace Aube
Manager, Inpatient Services
Grace brings nearly eight years of supervisory experience in Dartmouth-Hitchcock’s specialty care departments. A former licensed nursing assistant with a psychology degree, she leads her team with a focus on exceptional patient care.
Cindy Hernandez
Outpatient Services Manager
Cindy brings clinical and administrative experience from multispecialty, emergency, and urgent care settings, including helping ready a new urgent care location for opening. She is a certified phlebotomist and EKG technician.
